Virtual Talk: "Audiobooks: How a Narrator Does Voices" with Matt Haynes

Are you an audiobook lover and wondered: "How do they do all those voices and accents?" Perhaps you're a writer and wondered: "What kind of pointers would I give a narrator for the voices of my characters?"

Audiobook narrator and narration teacher Matt Haynes will pull the curtain up on his process. Haynes has narrated over 100 books and has learned over 200 accents, celebrity and character voices. In a revealing and fun presentation, he will give much sought-after answers to questions, such as

-What does it take to do an accent and impersonation?

-How does a narrator create and keep track of all the characters for a book?

-Should character voices be used in non-fiction?

-If you're an author, what kind of direction do you give a narrator?

At the presentation's end there will be time for an additional Q&A and even some "voices upon request."
