All levels gentle yoga will combine a series of gentle postures with a lightly paced slow flow suitable for all levels. Students will be able to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another at the rhythm of their breath. The pace of the class will invite presence and mindfulness with each posture and will create space for students to find a gentle balance between stretch, flexibility, stability, and ease.
Students must be able to move from the floor to standing without out assistance of another.
Ages 10+ This class will not be geared towards children, but children who are able to participate without needing focused attention are welcome to do so.

Kristen Carlson is a Nutritionist, Nutritional Private Chef, and Yoga Teacher. She has a B.A. in Dance a minor in Business, and will complete an M.S. in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition in June of 2024. She is passionate about lifestyle medicine and holistic health and has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2018.
