The members of The Arcanauts Trio have been performing together in various formats for over 20 years. The band has recorded two EPs exploring a range of styles and instrumentation, but in recent years has focused on exploring the traditions and possibilities of the saxophones/ bass/ drums format. The band's repertoire draws from the American song book, great jazz composers of the twentieth century, and original compositions inspired by the global African diaspora. Their second EP "The Hermit" was featured in DigBoston's Some Seriously Great Tracks from the Past Year in 2021. Join us for this unique and engaging musical experience.
