The health and safety of our patrons, volunteers, staff and community is of the utmost importance to the Jesup Memorial Library. Because of this and based on recent guidelines set forth by the CDC and local public safety officials, in support of efforts to help limit the spread of COVID-19, the Jesup will be canceling all programs from now, Friday, March 13 through Friday, April 10 when we will reevaluate the situation. We will work to reschedule these programs in the future. We will work to keep you updated on through our website and social media. Thank you for your patience and understanding. At this time, the library remains open during regular hours and will use additional cleaning protocols. Library staff and volunteers have been advised not to come in if they feel unwell or if they may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Likewise, we kindly ask you to heed the advice of health officials and stay home if you do not feel well or are exhibiting symptoms of a cold or flu; if you have been exposed to someone who may have COVID-19; or if you have traveled outside the United States in the past 2 weeks.
