Ethiopia Talk with Barbara Seura on Fri., Oct. 13

Barbara Seura will recount her time crisscrossing Ethiopia at a talk and slideshow at the Jesup Memorial Library on Friday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. Seura visited both the highest and lowest points in the country and spent time exploring much of the country. She climbed the Simien and Bale Mountains, high above sea level, and went to the Danakil Depression, one of the lowest points on earth. She will talk about the country and how history, nature and culture are inextricably intertwined.
